A Journey

I grew up in a small logging town in Oregon. I played sports, did most things kids do, but something was always missing. I knew there was more, but what? I wanted to be a part of something greater than me, maybe help others in the process. I joined the Navy in 1990 where I trusted Christ as my Savior. When I trusted Christ, I found the greater part I was looking for. I was not raised in any kind of church, so I began to study the Bible to find God's direction for my life. God sent me around the world for many years. I flew for NSA at Ft. Meade and worked for several "Agency's" in Washington after my naval career. While working in Washington, God spoke to my heart about planting HPIBC in the Baltimore/Washington DC metro area, so here we are.
