Another Church?
Don't we have enough churches now? To put it
simply, no.
Christ gave the church, which is made of born-again,
Bible believing Christians (which means "called out ones") to go
unto all the world and preach the Gospel, make disciples, and Baptize them
in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Many people here
in the United States have no idea what that means. Here is the scriptural
explanation.
God wants us to understand a few simple truths. Unfortunately, many
people think there is something more. Well here it is from the Holy
Bible:
- God wants us to understand that we are all sinners. For all have
sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23: It's not what
we do that makes us sinners, it's because we are born sinners. King David
writes in Psalm 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did
my mother conceive me. When we acknowledge we're sinners, we are
sorry or repentant of and from our sin. Psalm 38:18 For I will declare
mine iniquity (to God, not men); I will be sorry for my sin. That's
why we do wrong. No one had to show us how to lie cheat or steal,
and we don't have to teach children to lie, cheat, or steal; they do that
naturally.
- God wants us to understand that we are condemned because of our sin. Rom
6:23a For the wages of sin is death; (but there is a way out, it
costs nothing, keep reading). What we earn for our sin is death, not just
physical death which everyone faces, but a spiritual death. If you
don't have the question of your eternal security settled (where you'll
go when you die), then you need to get that settled. Rev 20:14
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second
death. Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life
was cast into the lake of fire.
- God wants you to understand your sins can be forgiven. This is
not done thru a church or affiliation, but through the Lord Jesus Christ. That's
why He died on the cross for your sins. Rom 6:23b but the gift of God is
eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. FREE GIFT, NO CHARGE TO YOU!
You ever heard about Jesus the Christ (Jewish Messiah)? He died (was crucified)
on the cross for our sins, and arose from the dead three days later, to
defeat death, hell and the grave! Yup, that's why He died and rose
again, for your sins and mine. The gift of God is ETERNAL LIFE through
JESUS CHRIST our LORD. We could never buy it, we could never earn
it. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
- God wants you to understand how to get the GIFT of ETERNAL LIFE. You
must simply realize you are a sinner. Psalm 38:18 For I will declare mine
iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin. You admit you're a sinner (done wrong).
Rom 10:9b That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved. Rom 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Rom 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
To whosoever is anyone, salvation is to the entire human race,
to call is simply to pray and ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and come
into your heart and save you.
If you would like, simply pray "Lord Jesus, I know I'm a sinner and
that you died for my sins and rose again. Jesus come into my heart
and save me from my sins. Thank you Jesus for saving me. Amen.
If you have just repented and asked Jesus to be your savior, believing in
your heart that he is, then He is! Congratulations, you are on your
way to a better life. The Bible says Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto
you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that
repenteth.
1Peter 1:8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him
not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
